Can the Arrowhead be used for Stealth?

One of the main cons often brought up for the Arrowhead is stealth. Its reach is legendary, its damage drop non-existent, but its energy projectiles can alert the enemy to the shooter's presence. Note, however, that this same round-visibility can also be used to paint targets, as has proven effective in the field for previous patches. Sound
With a Naked barrel, the Arrowhead's muzzle blast can be heard up to ~75m away
With a suppressor, the Arrowhead is almost silent at 25m (you'd have to be focusing on the sound to catch it)
Silence is confirmed at 50m with a Suppressor (but again the 25m may be your real marker)
A naked barrel becomes silent at 100m
Muzzle Flash
The two images below show without a flash hider, then with a flash hider
Round Visibility aka Tracers
The Arrowhead's rounds appear visible out to 1800m, possibly farther
Highlights
While the flash hider does seemingly remove the flash itself, the tracers seem to begin at the same point of the barrel. Notably, these tracers look more ballistic in nature rather than energy, but they are still visible
Perhaps the flash hider is not the Arrowhead's friend in this patch
A Suppressor can reduce the Arrowhead's sound distance by 75m (from 100m down to 25m) which may make it a top-tier attachment
As feared, the Arrowhead rounds are visible to an enemy watching, particularly if they are watching the sniper's area while ADS
It should be noted, however, that this still requires the enemy to be looking in the area, as sound may not direct them to the shooter's position
The P6-LR rounds also appear visible up to 1800m, but much less so than the Arrowhead. It seems that neither weapon has invisible rounds at that range, perhaps by design to make snipers somewhat vulnerable
